Chris Pollock
thought partner & pastor to pastors
A pastor for pastors
who are doing the hard work of leading.
START HEREYou don’t have to lead alone.
Leading a church is complex.
You’re carrying people, decisions, expectations—and often doing it without a place to process what’s really going on.
That’s where I come in.
I work one-on-one with pastors who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or alone—helping them discern what’s actually happening and move forward with clarity, courage, and faithfulness. I serve as a thought partner, guide, and companion in the real work of ministry.
I work primarily with pastors, as well as nonprofit leaders and communities navigating:
transition
burnout
institutional change
questions of direction and imagination
My work sits at the intersection of spirituality, leadership, and community formation. Together, we make sense of what you’re carrying and discern faithful next steps—through conversation, reflection, and practical strategy.
In one-on-one and small settings, I create a space that is both pastoral and practical.
Sometimes that means listening.
Sometimes it means helping you name what’s really going on.
Sometimes it’s working through a leadership challenge or decision in real time.
This isn’t just coaching.
It’s not just spiritual direction.
It’s a place to be pastored while you pastor others.
PHILOSOPHYGuide - Companion - Pastor.
I believe leaders and communities are formed not merely by strategy or success, but by the stories, practices, relationships, and vision they cultivate over time.
My work is about helping leaders rediscover:
clarity
courage
spiritual depth
and sustainable ways of living and leading
Through conversation, discernment, and practical support, I help cultivate healthier leaders, more human organizations, and communities where people can flourish.
OTHER OFFERINGS
For Nonprofit Leaders
Not everyone I work with is a pastor. Many nonprofit leaders carry similar weight—complex decisions, relational dynamics, mission pressure, and personal cost.
In those settings, I offer the same kind of work:
space to think clearly
discernment in real-time leadership challenges
grounded, non-anxious support.
